The States/British Columbia Oil Spill Task Force exists by Memorandum of Agreement between California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and British Columbia. Task Force members represent key marine oil spill prevention and response agencies from these jurisdictions. This annual report provides information on the activities of the Task Force, and highlights the activities of the five Task Force committees, as well as the accomplishments of member jurisdictions.
