FUTTERSTOFF

Book Description

Synopsis: Futterstoff (German, lit. "fodderstuff") is a collection of a dozen vignettes, all written within the past decade or so. It covers a variety of miscellaneous items taken mostly from personal experience, but a few topics of general interest are also discussed. On the personal side, there are several unique items, such as "The Little Miracle of Aunt Ilona", "To Russia with Love"; My Own Lolita"; "Noblesse Oblige", "The Youngest Political Prisoner in the History of Hungary' and some others, that might be entertaining and perhaps even educational, readings. The book is meant for a general audience of educated laymen, no technical or specialized knowledge is assumed in any of the articles. Altogether, the purpose of these vignettes is the sharing of some of the most memorable concerns, emotional experiences, and personal lessons learnt the hard way. It is sincerely hoped that the Reader will emphatize with most of them, and perhaps even benefit from them in the long run, one way or another.

Arabic Script on Christian Kings

Book Description
