A history of the descendants of Jehan and Elizabeth Arnaud Durand who were born in France in the early part of the 17th century. A descendant Dr. John Durand, born in La Rochelle, France, immigrated to America in 1690 and he and his descendants initially settled in the Northeast, predominately Connecticut. Later descendants migrated to Pennsylvania and other parts of the country including Colorado where Jane Lucy Durand DeMooy was born, growing up on Willow Creek Ranch south of Sedalia.
