Report of the Michigan House Committee on Constitutional Amendments "to whom was referred the Senate joint resolution to provide for an amendment to the constitution in respect to the session of the Legislature, and designated as 'amendment No. 1.'" (Page 1). The committee notes differences of opinion on biennial sessions of unlimited or stated limitation, and asks for concessions from House members. A recommendation is made that bills should be introduced within fifty rather than sixty days. The report is signed by Alex. W. Buel.
