Sunshine in the Soul

Book Description

Excerpt from Sunshine in the Soul: Poems Selected by the Editor of Quiet Hours These poems have been brought together from many sources, old and new, with the hope that their notes of encouragement and cheerfulness may help to carry strength and courage into daily life. I have repeated here two poems which were printed in "Quiet Hours," because I could not spare them. They are, "Thou Grace Divine encircling all," and "I look to Thee in every need." I have taken the liberty of substituting the word "chafing" for "craven" in the first line of "Alone with God," and "mother" for "bosom" in the first verse of "How beautiful our lives may be."
