Pendleton Kinsmen of American Descendant


Book Description

Philip Pendleton (b. 1654 - d. 1721) immigrated in 1674 with his brother Nathaniel from Norfolk, England to Caroline County, Virginia. Philip married Isabella Hart in 1683 (the second wife). His first wife died shortly after their marriage. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and elsewhere.
















Greer Kinsmen of American Descendant


Book Description

James Greer (1627-1688) emigrated to the American colonies in 1675 and settled in Baltimore Co., Maryland near the Gunpowder River. He married Ann Taylor, the daughter of Arthur Taylor of Gunpowder River, Baltimore Co., MD. Their son John Greer married Sarah Day, the daughter of Nicholas Day of Baltimore Co. They were parents of nine children. Their son William Greer married Ann Fitch and they were the parents of nine children. William and Ann moved to Franklin Co., VA. Their son William, Jr. moved to Bedford Co., VA. A son Moses, married Ann Nancy Bailey and died in 1834 in Franklin Co., VA. Other descendants moved to North Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi and elsewhere.
