INTRODUCTION This book, The "People of God" Bible Study Method, was inspired by a vision and a voice from God that I received during a time when God's people were thirsty for His word, as stated in the following passage: “11 The days are coming, declares the Sovereign Lord, ‘when I will send a famine through the land—not a famine of food or a thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the words of the Lord. 12 People will stagger from sea to sea and was er from north to east, searching for the word of the Lord, but they will not find it.’ ” (Amos 8:11-12). After completing the eight lessons in this book, hundreds of people who attended the study will proactively participate in and lead small-group Bible studies. Experiments demonstrate that after using this method to teach the Bible for more than a year. They came from various nations, including Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Australia, and Canada, as well as US states like California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Arkansas, North Carolina, Colorado, Texas, and Utah. As a result, many lives have been touched and inspired to study the Bible.
