The National Highway System and Ancillary Issues Relating to Highway and Transit Programs, Vol. 3 of 5

Book Description

Excerpt from The National Highway System and Ancillary Issues Relating to Highway and Transit Programs, Vol. 3 of 5: Before the Subcommittee on Surface Transportation of the Committee on Public Works and Transportation, House of Representatives, One Hundred Third Congress, Second Session, February 24; March 1, 3, 8, 10, and 15, 1994 The subcommittee met, pursuant to recess, at am. In room 2167, Rayburn House Office Building, Hon. Nick J. Rahall II (chairman of the subcommittee) presiding. Mr. Rahall. We are meeting today to continue our series of hearings on the proposed National Highway System and ancillary issues relating to highway and transit programs. Today and the next two days of hearings will focus on individual transportation projects that have been brought to this subcommittee's attention. The Chair advises those who are scheduled to testify today to stay within the allocated time limits. Exceeding these time limits may not always bring the gavel down on you, but it does present a discourtesy to those that follow you, especially those near the end of the day. I hope that all witnesses will keep that in mind. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
