"On July 27, 2010, Chevron Environmental Management Company (the Volunteer) and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) entered into a Remedy Agreement (RA) fro the purpose of remediation of the Former Texaco Casper Refinery ... which was accepted into the Voluuntary Remediation Program (VRP) on June 3, 2003. The RA provides the administratige and legal provisions necessary for remedy implementation under this Remedial Action Plan No. 2 (RAP-2). It also provides the mechanism for performance, oversight and enforcement of RAP-2.
