9th International Conference on Vibration Measurements by Laser and Non-Contact Techniques and Short Course

Book Description

The 9th International Conference on Vibration Measurements by Laser and Noncontact Techniques, organised by A.I.VE.LA. in collaboration with the Department of Mechanics of the Polytechnic University of Marches (former University of Ancona), will be held in the Tower of the Faculty of Engineering at the University in a modern complex of buildings situated on a hill facing Ancona’s beautiful harbour. A one-day tutorial course will be held the day before the Conference in order to provide fundamentals of Laser Techniques for Vibration Measurements and to offer hands-on experience on the most advanced instrumentation.

10th International Conference on Vibration Measurements by Laser and Noncontact Techniques

Book Description

The topics dealt with by the Conference and presented in the proceedings cover all aspects of vibration measurements by laser and noncontact techniques and are therefore of extreme interest for instrument developers, mainly physicists expert in optics and electronics, but also end users of such technologies, such as mechanical or aeronautical engineers, and all those dealing with vibration problems in general in the most diverse fields like Acoustics, Noise and Vibration Control, Metrology and Calibration, Industrial diagnostics and quality control, transport (automotive, aeronautics, aerospace, maritime, etc.), civil structures, non destructive testing, art conservation, micro systems and nano technologies, security, etc. The AIVELA Conference on Vibration Measurements by Laser and Noncontact Techniques has established itself as the international forum where research ideas and technological innovation on Vibration Measurements by Laser and Noncontact Techniques are presented and exchanged. The event was initially focused on Vibration Measurements by Laser Techniques and it immediately met large consensus among the International Research Community.
