Excerpt from Medical and Surgical Report of the Roosevelt Hospital, New York: Second Series, 1925, Based on the Work of the Years 1915-1924, Inclusive The present report contains, as did our first one, articles written by members of the hospital visiting staff expressly for this purpose. The volume contains in addition reprints of papers published in recent years in medical and surgical periodicals by members of our staff. The frontispiece shows the new pavilion for ward patients. It was completed in January, 1924. It is entirely fireproof and was at the time of its completion the last word in hos pital construction in this country. On the main floor is the new x ray plant with complete equipment for diagnosis and treatment. Connected With it is the new cystoscopic operating room.
