This book includes papers presented at the ISDG12-GTM2019 International Meeting on Game Theory, as a joint meeting of the 12th International ISDG Workshop and the 13th "International Conference on Game Theory and Management”, held in St. Petersburg in July 2019. The topics cover a wide range of game-theoretic models and include both theory and applications, including applications to management.

This book constitutes extended, revised and selected papers from the Third East Asia Game Theory International Conference, EAGT 2019, held in Fuzhou, China, in March 2019. The 10 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 146 submissions. The papers in the volume are focused on non-cooperative and cooperative games and cover such subjects or disciplines as game theory, operations research, mathematics, decision science, management science, economics, experiment economics, system engineering, psychology and control theory.

This Festschrift is in honor of Ker-I Ko, Professor in the Stony Brook University, USA. Ker-I Ko was one of the founding fathers of computational complexity over real numbers and analysis. He and Harvey Friedman devised a theoretical model for real number computations by extending the computation of Turing machines. He contributed significantly to advancing the theory of structural complexity, especially on polynomial-time isomorphism, instance complexity, and relativization of polynomial-time hierarchy. Ker-I also made many contributions to approximation algorithm theory of combinatorial optimization problems. This volume contains 17 contributions in the area of complexity and approximation. Those articles are authored by researchers over the world, including North America, Europe and Asia. Most of them are co-authors, colleagues, friends, and students of Ker-I Ko.

Social and Economic Networks in Cooperative Game Theory presents a coherent overview of theoretical literature that studies the influence and formation of networks in social and economic situations in which the relations between participants who are not included in a particular participant's network are not of consequence to this participant. The material is organized in two parts. In Part I the authors concentrate on the question how network structures affect economic outcomes. Part II of the book presents the formation of networks by agents who engage in a network-formation process to be able to realize the possible gains from cooperation.

Robert Aumann's career in game theory has spanned over research - from his doctoral dissertation in 1956 to papers as recent as January 1995. Threaded through all of Aumann's work (symbolized in his thesis on knots) is the study of relationships between different ideas, between different phenomena, and between ideas and phenomena. "When you look closely at one scientific idea", writes Aumann, "you find it hitched to all others. It is these hitches that I have tried to study". The papers are organized in several categories: general, knot theory, decision theory (utility and subjective probability), strategic games, coalitional games, and mathematical methods. Aumann has written an introduction to each of these groups that briefly describes the content and background of each paper, including the motivation and the research process, and relates it to other work in the collection and to work by others. There is also a citation index that allows readers to trace the considerable body of literature which cites Aumann's own work.

The developments over a thirty-year time span in the study of power, especially voting power, are traced in this book, which provides an up-to-date overview of applications of n-person game theory to the study of power in multimember bodies. Other theories that shed light on power distribution (e.g. aggregation theory) are treated as well. The book revisits the themes discussed in the well-known 1982 publication "Power, Voting and Voting Power" (edited by Manfred J. Holler). Thirty years later this essential topic has been taken up again and many of the authors from its predecessor participate here again in discussing the state-of-the-art, demonstrating the achievements of three decades of intensive research, and pointing the way to key issues for future work.
