Each volume contains a personal property assessment roll, a real estate assessment roll, summaries of personal property and real estate assessment rolls, and an annual statement of assessment. Personal property assessment rolls show name and address of property owner, types of property owned and their value; and the total value of all the owners' personal property. Real estate assessment rolls show assessment number, name and address of the real estate owner, a legal description of the real estate, quantity of the real estate, classification of the real estate by type, the value of the real estate, and the value of the improvements made on it; and the total value of the real estate plus improvements. Summaries of the personal property and real estate assessment rolls show totals from each page of these two assessment rolls. The annual statement of assessment shows the total value of the several classes of personal property and real estate as finally approved by the Board of Review. Each volume also includes a brief public land, omitted property, and occupational taxes section. Personal property assessment rolls are arranged alphabetically by property owner's last name or business name; real estate assessment rolls are in numerical order by assessment number.
