It is possible that there may be isolated cases, in which, with even a temperature Of it may be worth while allowing a patient who has plenty of money, and has set his mind upon a journey, to take it; but for patients with high temperatures, as a rule, any sort Of move is extremely hazardous. It is better to risk the patient even in a climate such as ours, than to sanction any sort of journey with its excitements of body and mind.
