This report represents the Zoning Ordinance which was prepared in conformance with the recently completed Comprehensive Plan. The City was divided into zoning districts and the Zoning Ordinance contains 13 zoned districts. In addition to the requirements of each zoning district, this Zoning Ordinance sets forth the administration methods and regulations regarding non-conforming uses, structures and signs and commercial outdoor advertising; requirements regarding off-street parking and signs and commercial outdoor advertising. The adoption and enforcement of this Zoning Ordinance will allow for implementation of the Comprehensive Plan and provide for an orderly developed community.
