This workpaper reviews the activities accomplished in the first year of job 340. It specifically illustrates the amount of noncash credits (money spent for public improvements by local agencies and used in lieu of the local share of the cost of a Federal Urban Renewal Project) which can accrue from major institutional development. Presents in narrative and tabular form the descriptions of existing characteristics, recent improvements, planned expansion, location of eligible improvements, eligible improvements in or near present or potential renewal areas, and eligible improvements neither in or near present or potential renewal areas for both eligible and and ineligible institutions.
