Book Description

Excerpt from Hydrography of the Susquehanna River Drainage Basin The records and reports of the United States Geological Survey have been the Chief sources from which the data on ow have been obtained. Special acknowledgment is due to E. G. Paul, resident hydrographer for Pennsylvania, who established the gaging stations and under whose direction the discharge measurements in this State have been made. The stations in New York were established and have been maintained under the direction of R. E; Horton, resident hydrographer for that State. The base data from which the precipitation tables have been pre pared were taken from the published reports of the United States Weather Bureau.
