A third class, shown in all its versatile variations, is the Turkestan or 'bokhara' rug of the Tekke, Yomud, Pinde, and other tribes in the form, chiefly, of small saddle rugs; from further East are the carpets of Chinese Turkestan: Samarkand, Kashgar [number 102] and Khotan [number ioo].
