The wealth of graphic patterns of Mexican craftsmanship is represented in 28 designs with which the reader can perform an exercise of concentration and creativity by coloring them. Each design is accompanied by the photograph of a piece made by masters of popular art, as well as information on the history of the technique or the nature of the materials applied to the pieces, with their translation into English. The panorama of artisanal techniques and producers covers different regions of the country, from the baskets made in Sonora; the embroidery of Tenango, Hidalgo; the inlaid maque of Michoacán and the variants of the tonalteca mud, in Jalisco, until passing through the carved pumpkins of the Mixteca in Oaxaca, the exquisite marquetry of Guerrero, and the coloring of the Tzetzal Mayan textiles, among others.
