EVIDENCE IN TRAFFIC CRASH INVESTIGATION AND RECONSTRUCTION begins with a detailed description of the entire investigation process. Human error is implicated in nearly all aviation accidents, yet most investigation and prevention programs are not designed around any theoretical framework of human error.
