Book Description
Paint and color like a master. Inside this book you will find 36 bright, crisp, stunning photos of flowers ready to paint or color. Lech Balcerzak shows that any image can be turned into a work of art using multi-layer artistic coloring. The Good Quality: Images are printed on one side on pure white, premium paper weighing 60 pounds. In addition, they are printed on the entire page, making them massively large and easy to color. In my art I prefer acrylics, oil paints, and colored pencils (including metalic colors by Coloré), you can also try watercolors, because the paper is thicker. But I think, watercolors are too transparent to color grayscale. To get vivid colors use opaque acrylic paints instead. Just try this all. You will gain experience with time. The tools: Lech advices - Colorful pencils alone and a desire are not enough. To get beautiful effects and have fun, it's best to buy all this tools below: - colored pencils with a tough core (e.g. Prismacolor Premiers) - colored pencils with a hard core (Shuttle Art) for darker fragments - a set of brushes (including a very small brush for painting details) - a set of acrylic paints of any company - pastel pencils (Stabilo CarbOthello, are better than classic pastels) - a set of markers - Kenting Magnetic Pad K4M with strong magnets - a special knife for cutting pages (names: Craft Knife, Snap Off Knife) - and if you want to try: a set of good watercolors ! Do not use blending stumps (can destroy the print) The more different tools, the better the fun will be. You don't have to have everything, but you'll see that when you have more tools, painting is more interesting and looks more and more professional. Description: Previously, Lech showed HCS (contrasting) and Deshading (less details) styles, which were very popular. See, for example, this book, which is all created in the style of HCS: https: //www.amazon.com/dp/1728772753 From the Author - About the Old Book: It is not true that the coloring book must be bright. My previous book had good reviews because it included beautiful, enlarged pictures of flowers, although it had high contrast and a gray background. But on the back cover you can see in color, how to use dark fragments to increase the contrast and get beautiful color effects. In general, the book was very easy to color, even for beginners or older children. You could use "naive coloring", this means - less work. About the New Book: This time, Lech posted the same moody photos, but they are brightened (pale). If you don't like too dark or contrasting images - this book is for you. Also, if you want to reach more than a "naive coloring" - this book is for you too. This book will take you to a higher level of coloring, which I called "hybrid, artistic coloring" because you can use pictures as sketches. On these sketches, just like a professional artist, you simply paint your own paintings using advanced painting technique and many different media: colored pencils, white and black fineliners, then pastel pencils (are better than classic pastels) and acrylic paints. You can get dazzling effects, you just need to do some rehearsals to gain experience. So, do not give up. L. Also, using our images as sketches, you can color, paint and improve your painting skills. Add your own shading and details, draw a small flower, add a shadow or a ray of sunshine. See colorful examples (left side of the screen). Write to the Author: Inside this book you will also find a private email to Lech and you can ask him for anything you want. You can write in English or French.
