This document explains that the result for "Study report 5" is actually published as Folio K in "Study report 3," which is titled "National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska, socioeconomic profile." Folio K is called "The region," and is one of eleven folios in the pocket. One side presents a general description of the North Slope Borough with considerations for regional development while the other side contains six color maps of the borough. That folio was not included in this document, which represents a "placeholder" for report 5 in the series, and readers are referred instead to Study report 3.
