Saffell, who was counselor and agent for Revolutionary War pension claims also includes lists of distinguished prisoners, Half-Pay Acts of the Continental Congress, Revolutionary pension laws, and a list of the officers of the Continental Army who acquired the right to half-pay, commutation, and lands. Contains data not found anywhere else.

James Warren was born about 1620-1621, died in 1702, and was married to Margaret. He immigrated to the United States from Scotland in 1651. Adriel Warren was born in 1752 and died after 1803.
