Book Description

Thomas Powell was born in August 1641. He first married Abigail Wood and after her death he married Elizabeth Townsend Phillips 2 September 1690 in Westbury, New York. Thomas was prominent in town affairs and in later life devoted much of his time to the Friends Meetings. He died in 28 December 1721 and was buried in the Westbury Friends cemetery. Descendants lived primarily in New York and elsewhere.
