Burns of Fresno County and Senator Jack B. Tenney of Los Angeles County, and the Speaker of the Assembly appointed Assemblymen Nelson S. Dilworth of Hemet, Dr. Jesse Randolph Kellems of bel-air, and Randal F. Dickey of Alameda, as members of the committee.
