This is an executive summary of the Environmental Assessment (EA) prepared for the SR 520, Medina to SR 202: Eastside Transit and HOV Project. The EA was issued on Dec. 3, 2009. As a summary, this document provides a high level overview of the project, including the project description, project benefits and key findings. Exhibit numbers found in this document correspond with the exhibits found in the full EA, which is provided on the first enclosed CD.
