Be it enacted by the Honorable the Senate and Incorporation House of Representatives, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the au thoritg cf the same, That for the pur pose of establishing a communication by Rail Road, between the Cities of Cincinnati in the State of Ohio, and Charleston in the State of south-carolina, through the States of Ken tucky, Tennessee, N orth-carolina and south-carolina, the formation of a Company, to be called The Cincinnati and Charleston Rail Road Company, is hereby authorized, which, when formed, shall have corporate existence in perpetuity in each of the States aforesaid.
