The History Notebook (English and Spanish, print and digital) is an important part of students' study of U.S. History. It introduces Dr. Fred Hiebert, National Geographic's Archaeologist-in-Residence, who becomes a virtual companion--both in print and on video--as students make their way through the history of their country.
