Book Description

Fifth, we urge the Congress to restrict the use of Federal funds whenever they appear to be earmarked for programs, projects, or activities which create new or duplicative services that would be owned and operated by the public sector. Thank you again, Mr. Chairman, for the opportunity to present our views and we encourage you to pursue this matter so that the issue can be appropriately addressed and competitive disparities that currently exist can be eliminated in the years ahead.
