April 1,2016 a handwritten journal was discovered at a police station located in Winnipeg,Manitoba containing numerous cypher codes and unique literatures .A thorough forensic examination was conducted on the journal and provided no DNA or fingerprint evidence . Believed to have been the works of the suspect connected to several homicides that occurred December 4,2015 and January 29,2016 all in South East Manitoba . The suspect believed to be responsible goes by the name V.V.V. (Veni Vedi Vici) . Police are urgently requesting the publics help deciphering some of the codes and recognizing the unique style of literature , as they may contain valuable information on the identity of the writer and or the individual(s) involved in these crimes . The journal was reproduced in its original form with no alterations to further assist the public in identifying the author. Discretion is advised as some of the cyphers may contain disturbing descriptions of the crimes above mentioned .The police have believed to have deciphered some of the codes but won't release which ones or what information was uncovered with the Possiblity other messages may be hidden within these codes . Any information uncovered in this journal would assist in this ongoing investigation ,Thank you for your assistance .
