Book Description

Richard F. Pittenger received his B.S. from the United States Naval Academy in 1958. He became Commander Destroyer Squadron 26 (CDS 26) during Feb 82-Mar 84. He attended the Command and Staff at Naval War College, Newport Rhode Island during Aug 71-Jul 72. In 1986 he became OPNAV OP 951 Director for the ASW Division.
