Each word family comes with a student made book featuring the adorable artwork of Stefani Sadler, letter cards, word cards, center ideas and a worksheet. The books are designed to be layered and filled with teachable moments. An example of this would for the "ock" word family where we have placed an illustration on one of the pages containing a block. The letters on the block are A, T & N. A teacher could point students to these letters and ask what words could be made using these three letters. The activities and worksheets are designed to address all primary ability levels.
