Each part has been printed on different colored paper to assist the user. Part I, printed on ivory paper, is 'studies and Reports'. This is a subject listing of each of the studies and reports authorized or undertaken by the 1997 General Assembly (1997 Regular Session and 1998 Regular Session), or due during this biennium. Entries are arranged by subject and include references to the legal authority of the study or report; the commission, committee, task force or agency from which the report is due; when the report is due; and to who it is to be made. A contact name is provided when available. Part II, printed on green paper, is 'study Commissions, Committees and Task Forces'. This is an alphabetical listing by title of each commission, committee or task force directed or authorized to conduct the study listed in the first (ivory) part of this publication. Each entry includes the establishing legal authority; reporting requirements when applicable; scope of duties; studies assigned or referred (when not indicated by the committee title); and, for commissions and committees, the membership appointed thus far and staff with their names, addresses and telephone numbers.
