Family history and genealogical information about the descendants of John Shears Olliff and Johannah Jackson. John was born ca. 1752 in North Carolina. He was the son of J. Olliff and Mary Shears. Johannah was born ca. 1755. She was the daughter of Joseph Jackson and Ann Jarvis. John Olliff married Johanna Jackson ca. 1785 in North Carolina. They lived in Bulloch Co., Georgia and were the parents of three sons and three daughters. Descendants lived primarily in Georgia.

Book Description

Teeter Nave , son of Conrad Nave and Anna Ott, was born in about 1745, probably in Pennsylvania. He married Ann Vanderpool, daughter of Abraham Vanderpool and Rebecca Isaacs, in about 1768 in Rowan County, North Carolina. They had seven children. He died in 1805 in Carter County, Tennessee. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in North Carolina, Tennessee and Indiana.

Christian Holdeman (1788-1846), son of Jacob Haldeman and Elizabeth, was born in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He married Christiana Godshalk Buzzard (1788-1864), daughter of George Buzzard and Rachel Godshalk. They had thirteen children. He died in Wayne County, Ohio.
