Book Description
Thumbnailing, the process of sketching tiny versions of the pages of one's story, is generally done as a way to not get stuck in the details of a drawing before "the whole" is working and also as to get a good overview of how the pages work together. This is a sketchbook/notebook for illustrators and people who work with storytelling in print-media. Each spread consists of a page of 16 thumbnails of spreads of A4 pages, and a page for notes or free sketches. I chose to make the book with the pages to be used in landscape format, the thumbnail page above the notes page, as I feel that sketchbooks are more balanced in my hands this way rather than traditional. The book also comes with 2 pages of short tips, or reminders, for the thumbnailing process
