Excerpt from Acts of the Parliament of the Dominion of Canada, Passed in the Session Held in the Fifteenth and Sixteenth Years of the Reign of His Majesty King George V, Vol. 2: Being the Fourth Session of the Fourteenth Parliament, Begun and Holden at Ottawa, on the Fifth Day of February, 1925, and Closed by Prorogation on the 27th Day of June; Local and Private Acts And may within five years after the passing of this Act complete the said lines of railway; and if Within the said periods respectively the said lines of railway are not com menced or are not completed and put in operation the powers of construction conferred upon the Company by Parliament shall cease and be null and void as respects so much of the said lines of railway as shall then remain uncompleted.
