BOALGOWARE is not an ordinary book, instead, it is a combination of "BOok," "ALGOrithm," and "softWARE," using the features of all of them in one single file. BOALGOWARE works by hyperlinks. So, instead of turning pages to continue, use the hyperlinks, which are present on all pages to guide you through the whole book. The BOALGOWARE begins with a manifestation. Then there is an algorithmic approach to diagnosing the cause of this manifestation. Each branch of the algorithm ends in a possible diagnosis as the cause of the manifestation, based on the possible findings. Then, for each of these diagnoses, comprehensive but short phrases, and to-the-point explanation is provided to help the user with the basic information about the disease. For each disease, an algorithmic approach to definitive diagnosis and treatment is also provided to help the users confirm the diagnosis and guide them through treatment all the way to follow-up. Hence, the BOALGOWARE provides the user with a tool to reach the possible diagnosis for a presenting manifestation, then another tool to confirm this diagnosis and begin the treatment, all in a stepwise manner. But, if the user needs information about the disease, it is also provided comprehensively in a separate section, all connected with rich hyperlinks. The first edition of BOALGOWARE provides you with more than 55 algorithmic approaches, detailed information on more than 67 diseases, several audio files on heart and lung sounds, and 19 calculators. The "BOALGOWARE" comes with biannual updates but not as a separate file. Instead, they will be added to the current BOALGOWARE.
