Book Description

This is a report of an occupational survey of the Aircraft Pneudraulic Repairman/Repair Technician career ladder, AFSCs 42132, 42152, 42172, and 42193 (new AFSC 423X4), conducted by the Occupational Survey Branch, USAF Occupational Measurement Center, from November 1975 through March 1976. The report describes: (1) Development and administration of the survey instrument; (2) summaries of tasks performed by airmen grouped by skill level, experience level, and similarity of tasks performed; (3) comparisons with current training and career field structure documents; and (4) recommended actions for further study.
