Prophetic Birthing

Book Description

Prophetic Birthing is about the process of becoming Prophets and Prophetess, the office of Biblical Authority, as was Moses, Samuel, Elijah!“Whether you believe in Prophetic Birthing; Spiritual Impregnation; The Womb Man; the Hand Maid or Spiritual Connections, is not the most important thing. What is important is that God's people began to feel an Intimacy with Him again; they begin to Know Him again; they began to feel His presence again; and indeed many who thought that their 'wombs' were barren are now learning that it is God who brings to the birth. You carry the garment but you won't wear it. You refuse to put it on ~ for in doing so, you are cloaked with the responsibility of the mantle. You lay your cloak down to be stepped on, trampled upon, in the assumption of keeping others clean ~ yet you disrespect the garment in doing so. Do not lay down your gift to be walked upon. Do not be deceived into allowing others to trample and dishonor that which I have given you to wear and place upon you. Carry the garment no longer ~ yet wear the garment I have provided, supplied, selected and hand fitted for you. Allow not man to alter the garment ~ allow only my provision and revision ~ for I AM God sayeth the Lord and I call my men and women out ~ I display them and clothe them in righteousness for they are to resemble and represent me. Made in my image, conformed in and to my Spirit. Listen to the voice of the Spirit, not the voice or influence of the flesh. Let no man say it doesn't fit."

Prophetic Birthing II

Book Description

"Whether you believe in Prophetic Birthing; Spiritual Impregnation; The Womb Man; the Handmaid or Spiritual Connections, is not the most important thing. What is important is that God's people began to feel an Intimacy with Him again; they begin to Know Him again; they began to feel His presence again; and indeed many who thought that their 'wombs' were barren are now learning that it is God who brings to the birth.Intimacy with God is a gift. A gift is something voluntarily given without compensation. He desires to give us a gift and we in turn desire to give Him the gift of ourselves.....and....He certainly woos us much more than we even think to woo Him. For we need not woo our Savior; He already demonstrated His love at the cross. When Bathsheba's son died, how did David comfort her? He lay with her. Yes, she bore then a son....so, sir, as we lay with God in moments of deep intimacy something is conceived within us which we are to birth. Strictly speaking in the spiritual now, please understand that God penetrates our hearts and that is part of the intimacy.

Made for This

Book Description

Millions of women have felt the power of birth, and countless women long for it. But for too many, birth can seem like a purely clinical experience — something to get through as quickly as possible in order to get on with the joys of being a mother. In Made for This, author Mary Haseltine draws on Pope St. John Paul II’s Theology of the Body to show that birth is an essential part of who God created women to be, body and soul. With real-life stories from many moms and practical tips — including preparing for birth, making informed choices, helping fathers embrace their role in the birth room, and encountering the work of labor — this book is an indispensable guide for navigating the physical and spiritual dimensions of pregnancy and birth. Expectant mothers will find the tools they need to approach birth as a gift, and to invite God into the experience. About the Author Mary Haseltine is a theology graduate and a certified birth doula and childbirth educator. With a passion for building a culture of life through the teachings of the Theology of the Body, she works to bring an awareness and practice of the teachings of the Church into the realm of childbirth, mothering, and pregnancy loss. She lives in Western New York with her husband and five sons. You can find more of her writing at www.betterthaneden.com.

Apostolic Breakthrough

Book Description

LEADERS are being prepared for this next season of the spirit. These mature and loyal prophets will stand before leaders and announce with great power and strength that position changes are coming. It is time for true Apostles to come forth in power. As I began to type this sermon I heard a voice of ultimate authority echo from Heaven, "True Apostolic IS Coming." I received a prophetic word months ago saying, Apostle come forth. Little did I know what was going to be required of me? "We had better get a good understanding of apostolic ministry under us… for it will be on top of us before we know it. Samuel is a type of this apostolic leadership. The Lord did let none of his words fall to the ground nor did he beg his bread from the people.

Spiritual Birthing

Book Description

Although there are many books written on this subject, I believe that God's desire is for His people to have a different perspective regarding spiritual birthing.God revealed to me how Mary, the mother of Jesus, is an excellent example of the way God desires to birth the plans, purpose and destiny that He has for every believer. As we study her life we are be able to see how God called her, equipped her and birthed through her the spiritual Savior the world needed. She gave birth to the Word of God. God desires to spiritually birth His Word, His plans and His purposes through others too.

The Death of the Messiah and the Birth of the New Covenant

Book Description

In this groundbreaking book, Michael Gorman asks why there is no theory or model of the atonement called the "new-covenant" model, since this understanding of the atonement is likely the earliest in the Christian tradition, going back to Jesus himself. Gorman argues that most models of the atonement over-emphasize the penultimate purposes of Jesus' death and the "mechanics" of the atonement, rather than its ultimate purpose: to create a transformed, Spirit-filled people of God. The New Testament's various atonement metaphors are part of a remarkably coherent picture of Jesus' death as that which brings about the new covenant (and thus the new community) promised by the prophets, which is also the covenant of peace. Gorman therefore proposes a new model of the atonement that is really not new at all--the new-covenant model. He argues that this is not merely an ancient model in need of rediscovery, but also a more comprehensive, integrated, participatory, communal, and missional model than any of the major models in the tradition. Life in this new covenant, Gorman argues, is a life of communal and individual participation in Jesus' faithful, loving, peacemaking death. Written for both academics and church leaders, this book will challenge all who read it to re-think and re-articulate the meaning of Christ's death for us.
