Book Description
Excerpt from Bulletin of the State Normal School, Athens, Georgia, Vol. 7: Twenty-Seventh Annual Session 1920-1921; March 1920 All dormitories are steam-heated, with toilet rooms and baths on every floor abundantly supplied with hot and cold water. They are comfortable, pleasant, and healthful homes for the students. All of our dormitories were worked over recently and modern ized in every respect, making them the equal of the best dormito ries in all matters of convenience and comfort. Students in each dormitory are under the care of a resident matron, who looks after their needs and comforts. The dining hall is one of the best in our knowledge. Board in the dormitories includes room, table fare, heat, lights, and attendants for the rougher work. Each student will pay for, and look after her own laundering, with the assistance of the matron in charge.
