Charles married Mary Caldwell 7 June 1767 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They lived in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia Co., Pennsylvania and were the parents of two sons and three daughters. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky and Elsewhere.
