Baxter has prepared a pamphlet containing sug gestions for the cooperation of the Illinois Woman's Relief Corps in the Cen tennial Celebration. The pamphlet presents an outline of study for each month in the year and records the salient features of Illinois history. After calling attention to the fact that the Centennial Commission has prepared plans for the observance of the anniversary and is seeking the cooperatio'n of all civic, patriotic, commercial, social and religious organizations in making the celebra tions worthy of the splendid history of Illinois, the statement sent to members by the committee continues.
