Book Description
Circular letters addressed to the Librarian of Cornell University, or to "the Librarian of the Institution Addressed," encouraging the recipient to write to his or her Congressional representatives and senators in support of a bill intended to improve the processes of printing and distribution of public documents. Two of the letters are from John G. Ames, the federal Superintendent of Documents; the third is from K.A. Linderfelt, president, Frank P. Hill, secretary, and Henry J. Carr, treasurer, of the American Library Association.
