H.R. 8723, H.R. 8398, H.R. 8800, H.R. 4001, H.R. 7429, H.R. 7394, H.R. 463, and S. 306, to amend Clean Air Act to require national standards for reducing or eliminating emission of air pollutants from motor vehicles. H.R. 2105, to require that new motor vehicles transported in interstate commerce be equipped with device to control or prevent discharge of air pollutants.
