Because many teachers and administrators are using computers for the first time, the first section of the TRIED offers guidelines on the sequential organization of word-processing skills, software selection, class organization, desktop publishing, and a variety of other considerations for the effective integration of computers into the instructional program. The second section of the TRIED provides lessons using the computer in elementary language arts classes.
