AR 420-1 Published 1 June 2018 Army Facilities Engineering Regulation 420-1, Army Facilities Management (24 August 2012) describes the management of public works activities, housing, and other facilities operations and management, military construction program development and execution, master planning, utilities services and energy management, and fire and emergency services. Also, it identifies and synopsizes other regulations that provide detailed facilities management policy. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve.
