Book Description

This project is the initial step toward developing a strategic plan in the small rural church. The thesis of this project is that strategic planning is fundamental to church health. This project guided the participants through the initial steps of the strategic planning process. The participants in this project recognized the need for change. They learned about the demographic challenges the church faces in accomplishing the Great Commission. They began to develop a vision for the future of First Baptist Church of Firebaugh.
