This edition tracks the standard edition, but cuts an additional 300 pages by removing some cases and notes and occasionally trimming a case to a shorter format. This edition also omits chapters concerning defamation, fraud, and other economic and dignitary torts, as well as some material concerning alternatives to Tort law. The result is a substantially shorter casebook that nevertheless provides the coverage most teachers want.
