One slip up, one simple mistake, and they burn you. The stronger the mage, the harder they fall, and when they fall, it comes noticed. In books, when people think of mages - of people wielding magic, harsh and fierce, they resemble gods and goddesses. They think of them as beautiful creatures, strong and smart. But when magic is brought within the world, all perception changes. We are not beautiful, intelligent and brave. Disgusting, evil creatures of the night sent to destroy all humankind. However, mages have laws to abide by. Never harm an Ordinary-Human. Never use magic in a harmful way towards another Ordinary-Human - Or mage. Do not interfere in A Mages War.And that is precisely what I had done.
