This project was an attempt to equip men and women who develop into a personal crisis response team for The Well Church. The purpose of this project was to train church leaders in crisis intervention skills, with a focus on the leader's personal spiritual care. Members of a Personal Crisis Intervention Team were trained to impact those in crisis within the setting of their current ministry positions. The project focused on training participants to integrate personal spiritual disciplines into their own lives as they learned to be m members of The Wel MChurch's Personal Crisis Intervention Team. The team experienced a connection of personal spiritual formation within the framework of doing ministry. The particip0ants gained the ability to care for their own spiritual growth and health as they met the needs of those around them. This project was a first step to creating a cadre of spiritually and emotionally healthy leaders to make The Well Church a place that is transforming the community through the healing power of Jesus Christ.
